Akers Network Technologies is providing remote and onsite support. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM for another IT Company. This limits my ability to respond to requests for service during those hours. If you interested in remote or onsite support please call the main number and leave a message and I will get back to you.
Billing - I will set you up as a customer and invoices will be emailed to you. You will have the option to pay online with a credit card or send a check by mail.
Pricing - Remote support pricing is $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. Onsite pricing is $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum and a $35.00 trip charge. Time starts when we leave and head to your location. Materials or other products will be added to the invoice and State Sales Tax is collected for both time and materials.
